The chef designs each menu using only December ingredients from small Canary producers.
His cuisine is inspired by the flavours of the archipelago — fresh, seasonal, refined, and always zero-kilometre for true quality and authenticity.

  • Tapas to share: marinated olives, mini croquettes, Spanish omelette

  • Cold Andalusian gazpacho soup

  • Traditional paella or seafood paella

  • Saffron rice cooked to perfection

  • Chicken, seafood (shrimp, mussels) or mixed version
